The cost: £350
This gives you access to 5 self-directed modules and 5 online sessions( 1-hour) - one at the end of each module.
We start cohorts on the first Tuesday of every month and your commitment is to complete one module every 2 weeks, ahead of the online session with your Curriculo coach.

Pharmacy leadership programme (PLP)
The Pharmacy Leadership Programme is an accredited programme designed to empower aspiring and new managers, or those with no formal training in leadership and management. The programme introduces delegates to tried and tested concepts and models to build their knowledge and capability.
MODULE 1 - Understanding Self, Management, Leadership & Engaging your team
Session 1 – Self-awareness, Management v Leadership
Session 2 – Engaging your team
MODULE 2 - Communication; Assertiveness, Dealing with Difficult Behaviour, Constructive Feedback, – Challenge and Accountability
Session 1 – Communication barriers & skills
Session 2 – Dealing with difficult behaviour
MODULE 3 - Managing Performance
Session 1 – Understanding what performance is, standard setting, measuring, monitoring, controlling, legal and ethical aspects
The programme has certification via the Institute of Leadership, with study membership and access route to post-nominals-AMInstL. It also has the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) SEAL Award.
The cost: £600/ delegate
This investment gives delegates access to 5 × 2-hour online sessions every 2 weeks. Each learner has the opportunity to access 1:1 coaching from their Curriculo tutor for the duration of the programme.
A new cohort starts every month on the first Wednesday. There are only 6 places available every month and this is managed on a first come first served basis.
